After a long time.. I uploaded (not many) pictures into the Jason and Gael galleries. check 2007-> 02 (february). I'm working on a more automatic script to update galleries more easly since freetime is something I have not more since I moved to London. cheers
website and domain finally transferred to a new hosting service. sadly.. its not hosted on a SGI system anymore... I move to London.. and I had to turn off my O2... and put it, with all others beloved SGI I own, in my garage.
next Sunday I'm moving to London. New year, new life... and finally a Houdini-centric Job. my blog is temporary placed at http:houdiniaddicted.wordpress.com/ but since I'm also moving the whole mimgfx.com domain it will then integrated into this website once webise move is finished. cheers!
website www.mimgfx.com finally moved to my own server... so redirect isnt necessary anymore.
SGI Onyx2 memory upgrade.
I love this site, the pictures are great. This site transmits you passion about SGI machines as a personal experiencie. I love the pictures of your children playing with SGI computers, mine play too.
well... nope. I actually like its noise.. but this might be just because i dont use it really much lately... but honestly.. the only fan i ever swapped was the O2's since it was running 24/7 in same room I spend most of the time...
Hi, Have ever thought about changing these for quiet ones (such as 9dB) to have a silently running Onyx2 ?
Thanks for your comment.. i dont think by the way that the 320 is worth half of my little collection :) I guess, imho, the Onyx2 is. cheers :)
At least you have a 320 there :P That alone is worth half of that lot there. lol (Former 320/540 OpenGL and GDI development support engineer)
I'm talking about the GuestBook, sorry for my bad english :) the website is almost my own family life tracking (my own, and my sgi family) so it wont ever been shutted off anytime soon before next 50 years.
you are planning on taking it off at the end of the summer ? Good job though. still looks cool...
